Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Band BioNew York 2000. Karen Orzolek (vocals), Brian Chase (drummer) and Nick Zinner (guitar) got together to form a band, which they named the 'Yeah Yeah Yeahs'.
2001 saw the band's debut release, a self-titled EP. This was followed up the next year, again with the release of an EP, Machine.
The Yeah's first full length album, Fever To Tell came out in 2003. 3 singles off the album achieved moderate success in the UK charts, Date with the Night, Pin and Maps.
The band's second album, Show Your Bones came out early 2006. Strong tracks include Gold Lion, Turn Into, and Cheated Hearts. In summer 2006, the band went on their biggest tour ever, appearing throughout the US and UK.
